Contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, your email address, your company or website if you add it, and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, if you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these details for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Protection against abuse.To stop automated mass submissions, our server counts how many forms come from the same IP address in a short period. For this the IP address is held only in the server's working memory; it is not written to a database or a file. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records technical data about requests to the site, such as the IP address, the page requested and the browser, to run and protect the service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3D illustration. When you scroll to the 3D illustration in the Services section, your browser loads it from the servers of the illustration provider and of a public code library, which receive your IP address and browser details. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in presenting our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messaging service: the content of the form reaches us as a message sent through the bot interface of a messaging service. The provider is established outside the European Union and offers neither a data processing agreement nor a standard transfer safeguard for this use, so we send it only what you typed in the form.

Hosting provider (United States, with data centres in the European Union; Standard Contractual Clauses): runs the website and its server functions.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Enquiries: while we discuss your request. If no contract follows, we delete the enquiry within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the contract and Spanish accounting and tax law require, for example invoices for six years.

IP addresses used for abuse protection: only in working memory, until the server process restarts.

Hosting logs: for the limited period set by the hosting provider.

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to kornienko.mkt@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

This website does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device. If we add analytics or similar tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
